Fieldwork / Methodology

Get out
in the
field.

Fieldwork is how Sweep operates. Six moves, run in order, repeated as coverage builds. It produces two things at once: customer interaction and direct observation.

01 //

Read the Field

We look at the environment first: how people move through it, where they slow down, what already competes for their attention, and when they actually have a moment to talk.

  • Environment review
  • Foot-traffic patterns
  • Placement options
  • Timing windows

02 //

Enter the Market

The campaign goes into real space — sidewalks, plazas, public events, community spaces and retail environments — with the setup matched to the location.

  • Site logistics
  • Setup and teardown
  • Permitted public spaces
  • On-site staffing

03 //

Create the Opening

People stop for a reason. We build a clear, honest reason to engage and a first line that respects someone's time.

  • Offer clarity
  • Approach language
  • Demonstration flow
  • Materials

04 //

Cover the Ground

Consistent execution across environments and days. Same standard of representation, same brand behaviour, whatever the block looks like.

  • Daily execution
  • Team briefings
  • Coverage rotation
  • Quality checks

05 //

Listen

The team is trained to notice the questions people ask, the objections that repeat, and the parts of the message that need explaining twice.

  • Recurring questions
  • Objections
  • Reactions
  • Conversation notes

06 //

Bring It Back

We report what happened in plain language — what we heard, what worked, what we'd change about placement, timing or messaging next time.

  • Field recap
  • Observations
  • Recommendations
  • Next-round adjustments

Field / What You Get Back

Interaction
and
observation.

Every activation produces conversations with real people and a record of what those conversations contained. We keep the claim honest: this is field observation from our team, not formal market research.
