Learn
by
doing.
Sweep's culture is practical. People learn the work by being in it — preparing events, running activations, talking to customers and getting direct feedback from the people around them.

Active and grounded.
Before anything runs, the team walks the space, checks the setup and agrees on how the day is going to work.
Field days are shared work: setup, coverage, rotations and looking out for each other in changing conditions.
More experienced team members work alongside newer ones and give feedback the same day, not a quarter later.
Weather changes, foot traffic shifts, a placement doesn't work. The team adjusts on the ground.
Everyone talks to people. That's the job, and it's where the useful skills come from.
People who take responsibility for a setup, a brief or a newer teammate grow into leading more of it.
Experience
compounds.
Development at Sweep follows the work itself. Progress depends on performance and opportunity — we don't promise timelines or outcomes.
